Vegan Breakfast Apple Crumble

Hi friends!

We recently visited an apple orchard so naturally I had to make my apple crumble! The smell of cinnamon and apples is something that just makes me so happy.

When I stopped having dairy, I thought that was the end of my baking days…but then I discovered Earth Balance spreads.  They taste SO good and literally taste like butter in baking, on popcorn, on toast etc.  I’d still use it even if I wasn’t dairy free.  You can also substitute coconut oil or regular unsalted butter in this recipe.

I had this for breakfast one day and it was such a nice treat! Lightly sweetened with maple syrup so no refined sugar in this recipe and no flour either! In my opinion, it just makes the crumble goopy so I like to just put my topping on the top.  Crunchy and nutty – So tasty!

I’d love for you to try my recipe! Please tag me on Facebook and Instagram @Balancingandie so I can see your lovely creations! Also, don’t forget to subscribe so you don’t miss notifications of new posts! Pinky promise no spam 🙂 ever!
