The EASIEST recipe that is naturally sweetened and is gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free (depending on what chocolate you use). I like my muffins not super sweet so I can heat up, add some nut butter or jam and enjoy with a nice hot cup of coffee in the mornings!

I'm sad the border is closed and I can't do a @traderjoes run but @costco now has everything but bagel seasoning and @queenstreetbakery gluten free white bean + millet bread is full of fibre and as crunchy as real bread. Plus it's frozen so no preservatives 👍👍. +Side of arugula from @wholefoodsbc because micronutrients are SO important and help detoxify the body.
