We follow the path we think we should, the one laid out for us, maybe the one we were encouraged to follow from society, peers, family etc.

Food for thought: A forest trail with markers is easy to follow. It tells you that people have been there before and that the destination has been figured out for you. A fulfilling life isn't like that. Just because you may not know exactly where you are going or where the clearing is, doesn't mean you're wrong. Resistance in something new is to be expected and you can always turn around but what if you keep trekking? Sometimes I lose sight of the goal so I come back to this question ❤. I needed to hear this today and I'm sure one of you did too!

TBH I never liked jam growing up. It was super sweet and barely tasted like fruit. Now I make my own and love it! This time I used strawberries and raspberries with coconut sugar and chia seeds and it was definitely a fav combo. Tart and sweet without any refined sugar👌p.s. a lot of you asked how long it lasts in the fridge. I always finish it before it goes bad but in an airtight container I'd say about 3 weeks at least.
